Pumkin bread (gluten free)

The left-over pumkin from the curry was turned into pumkin bread.

Ingredients:

200g gluten-free flour

50g coconut flour

1 package of baking powder

\~ 400g cooked and purreed pumkin

100g sugar

100g

spices:pimento, gloves (ground), cinnamon, ginger powder

100g ground hazelnuts

150ml sunflower oil

1/2 apple

Mix everything, but the apple and fill it into a baking form. Cut apple into little piece and put on tiop. Bake for 1.5h.
